Vashisthasana:

Steps:

  • To do this asana, first, make a Planck pose.

  • Slowly put the weight of your hand on your right side.

  • Then lift the left leg and arm upwards.

  • Then place the left claw on the right.

  • Keep the left hand on your thighs.

  • In this way, breathe in and remain in this position for a few seconds.

  • Then exhale and come back to the Planck position.

Chaturanga Dandasana:

This asana along with the abdomen and waist helps to make the whole body shapely. But if you have more meat on your arms then do this asana.

Steps:

  • To do this asana, lie on your stomach.

  • Place your hands on the ground near the chest.

  • Now put the weight of the entire body on the hands and rise upwards.

  • Rest the feet on the fingers.

  • Make such a position that a 90 degree angle is made between the hands.

  • Performing this asana also helps to shape the arms.

Naukasana:

Naukasana is one of the yoga for arms and shoulders.

Steps:

  • To do this, first of all, face the sky and lie down on your back.

  • Now keep the arms straight at the waist and keep your palms facing the ground.

  • Now slowly move your neck upwards and raise your neck upward while keeping your hands straight.

  • Simultaneously raise your feet and take the form of a yacht.

  • Remain in this posture for about 25-30 seconds.

  • Then slowly return to normal posture.

  • Repeat the Naukasana two to three times.
