Then while exhaling, lift the upper part of the body and return to the posture of Vajrasana.

4. Paschimottanasana:

Even by doing Paschimottanasan, body weight is reduced very quickly. To do this asana, first of all, sit on the ground. Now spread both your legs in front. Leave the back muscles loose. Take your hands up while taking a breath. Then, exhaling bowed forward. You try to hold the fingers with your hand and apply the nose to the knee. Breathe in slowly, then exhale slowly. In this way, you do 3 to 5 cycles.

5. Ustrasana or Camel Pose:

By doing this posture too, the fat is reduced very quickly. In this posture, your body has to be shaped like a camel. To do this, stand on your knees. Keep the part of the waist straight to the knees and hold the ankles of the feet with hands by turning the back towards the back. Then tilt the head backward. Stay like this for a few seconds. Then get the goods in position.
